We had a wonderful experience with Jarrod and Larry from Storm Master. After the March ‘25 storms that rolled through, our 18 year old roof sustained major shingle loss and much more damage. After hearing several recommendations for their company, we enlisted them to replace our entire roof. After a hail storm, Jarrod came and asked to inspect my roof. After the inspection he showed me photographs of damage to the roof and recommended the insurance company evaluate. He called the insurance company with me present and we placed a claim. The insurance company inspection indicated a new roof was needed. Jarrod said he could do it in two days, but only took one and a half. I have a new roof and all looks good. His team does good work and accomplishes a pretty good clean up of the work site. Late in the day, I needed help with a leaky roof. All other companies said it's too late to send someone out but not storm master. They didn't even mention the time when I called they said it's supposed to rain more, so we need to help you out. They arrived within an hour of calling and assessed the roof, and instead of making me pay a bunch of money, they were honest and said I cleaned the leaky spot, and that's really all you needed. They didn't even charge me. They said that area of the roof will need to be repaired. However, this will hopefully get you by until the rain calms down and we can fix it. In my opinion, a company that saw a need and not a paycheck is awesome. I pray they are blessed 10 fold for their kindness, and because of their actions, they will always have me as a loyal customer.
